negligent discharge

WOW Mr. Coyle...your post counter just read 3006! I think it's a sign [thinking]

S**t, now I have to go buy another Garand.

I don't really care about the "press check." I like rear slide serrations because:

1. Anything that reduces slide weight is A Good Thing in my book; and

2. I like the symmetry, as they visually balance the rear slide serrations.

I like revolvers. Big revolvers.

Can never be too careful. I'm such a safety nerd that I've caught myself keeping the _staple gun_ pointed downrange.

I forgot to put on my ear protectors the other day. WOW!!!! 45ACP in an indoor range is VERY loud. I'd had them on for so long, that it still "felt" like they were on my head - picked up the gun and BOOM!!! I won't do that again.

I do the same thing with my airsoft guns, and when I hand them to someone to check out and they start waving it around, I freak out.

An airsoft pellet to the eye can probably do some serious damage. The safety rules apply to them too.
