I don't really care about the "press check." I like rear slide serrations because:

1. Anything that reduces slide weight is A Good Thing in my book; and

2. I like the symmetry, as they visually balance the rear slide serrations.

I like revolvers. Big revolvers.

I use a slide racker so that I don't hurt my delicate skin on those rough serrations

Haven't done that one yet, but I find myself picking up electric drills with my finger off the trigger.

I do the same thing with my airsoft guns, and when I hand them to someone to check out and they start waving it around, I freak out.

Our goal as gun owners should be never give the ANTI's any ammunition to further there cause.

I forgot to put on my ear protectors the other day. WOW!!!! 45ACP in an indoor range is VERY loud. I'd had them on for so long, that it still "felt" like they were on my head - picked up the gun and BOOM!!! I won't do that again.

An airsoft pellet to the eye can probably do some serious damage. The safety rules apply to them too.
