New Baretta 92 magazine release sticking

This is with both factory mags. The release button seems to stick and requires almost both hands to push it in. I've read that some people claim that the grip screws are too tight and the sear screw was put in backwards at the factory. Anyone have any ideas?

Never heard of the grips screw problem. Remove the grips and see if it is? But other then that no idea
