I work here in Warwick, looks like I am going to head over to Taunton this weekend, seems to be the best range within a 40 minute drive

Massachusetts has a ban on any mag over 10 rounds that was not made before 1994.
Most of us up here have 30 round "Pre-Ban" magazines.

It's a MA problem. I'm pretty sure there's tons of stuff we don't know.

IMHO you would be taking a chance taking guns into MA unless you have a LTC. Best to familiarize yourself with Ma's crazy laws.

If you plan on bringing a gun to MA, you better get a RI permit first, and then apply for a MA permit. However, you are better off finding a club in RI.

How difficult is it to get a permit in RI? Is it tougher to get in Newport than other RI towns? Just curious and I have no idea since I'm from MA.
