Just dropping in to introduce myself. I have been viewing this website for about a month now and got some good info off it. Through the forum I'd did the CMP shoot last week in Woburn, which was a lot of fun.

Now about me. My name is Jim and I live in southern MA. I am a self employed plumber. I have held a class A permit for the last 20 yrs (got it when I was 18). I love to shoot my AR as often as I can. I am a member of the Taunton rifle and pistol club. In the summer I scuba dive or shoot and in the fall I hunt. Friday night is atv night with the boys which entails riding all night ( powerlines, swamp, woods trails) having a few beverages and grilling up some venison on the trails. I am married with two young kids. I am looking forward to contributing to the forum.

Thanks

Jim

Greetings from Wilbraham, MA. I attended the MFS for basic safety training in July and placed my application on July 30. Very nice experience with local PO.
Now "patiently " waiting for the call...
In the meantime went to MFS for CC#1 class with Mac. Great class with a lot of entertainment. The line I liked the most was: "could someone kick my glock back" [smile]

I am glad I found this forum so am not feeling so "lonely" in the waiting line for the LTC.
Since we moved a bit out of the town we decided (my wife and me) to find a place for guns in our life's.
I plan to purchase a SIG 226 and 239, however I have the urge to get more guns. Practically every gun I see and like, I wish to get. So the "wishlist" is much longer: Sig 232, 238, Beretta 92FS ... and more.
Is it normal or its just me ? [smile]
Greg
