NFA trust with a slight twist

So here is the deal I want toys! I want to set up a trust My fiancee is getting licensed now so I would want her on it. But the kicker is she does not know much about firearms and even less about NFA (i will teach her). I have a good friend that I would like to add to it but he lives over the border in NH. So would a lawyer be able to make a multi state trust for the NFA?

You can establish the trust in your home state, and have a trustee who lives in another state, nothing special needed to set it up. Don't forget to file annual 5320.20's for items that need that to travel.
