if you purchase a rifle from an ffl auction in NH, do they fill out the fa-10 for you and send it in, or do you need to do that yourself when you bring it back to mass?

You fill it out if/when you bring the rifle into MA. Check off the little box in the UL corner that says "Registration"

You are required to submit the FA-10 within seven days of the firearm entering MA. Check off "Registration", and complete the form, leaving the "Seller" section blank.

so if it was purchased a couple of years ago and just brought into mass now it would need to be registered through an fa-10?
