NH laws about signage/CCW?

What do you think would happen if a common citizen went up to a police officer who was on duty and OCing in the mall and made a scene that they were illegally carrying the firearm the the premises based on the Mall's policy and did they think they were above the law?

If the LEO was smart, he'd say the following...

"Well, that isn't the law, it's just a dumbassed sign. If the people that run this place don't want me here, I'll leave. " (providing he's not on official business of some sort, which IMO, if he was, would likely override the efficacy of any sign anyways.
