NH Non-resident permit story

So I recently moved from one MA town to another and I sent a letter to
NH informing them of same. Today I received a letter back telling me
in an almost apologetic manner that if I wanted a new card with the new address on it, it would cost $3 as they had been forced to raise the price from $2.50.

Any problems getting it?

It took five business days. It took almost six months to get my MA LTC
