NR NH LTC

A non-resident NH license is for CCW.

You do NOT need a license (resident or not) to open carry in NH.

Carrying loaded in a car is CONCEALED CARRY and you need a license.

Yes, it would be worn openly and not concealed by anything but the holster it's in. Someone seeing at you would pretty much need to know you are carrying a gun for it to be open carry.

I would probably never open carry unless I was in a group of people who were also open carrying.

Disclaimer: IANAL, if you get in trouble 'but doobie said it was legal' isn't a valid legal excuse.

hahhaa, i would think you would need to be a resident do open carry...humm this is interesting if true.

Nope, anyone who can legally possess a handgun can open carry. Also note open carry and conceal carry is HANDGUNS only (no rifles)!
