I just want to get some feedback on Olympic firearms, how well they're made, and any experiences people have had on here. Any feedback will help Thanks

I've never had a problem with my Oly, but it's a pre-ban. Most problems I've ever encountered with my ARs have been ammo and magazine related.

...only problems I ever had with mine were the ones I created...
I don't swear by it, I don't swear at it. It's fun at the range but in a pinch I'd probably reach for the M&P15 first.

I swear, you have tho only Olympic Arms rifle that I have ever seen run with out issues. The only issue I remember you having was ammo related.

I have two Olympics, one carbine and one match full size. Both great guns and never had any problems. I bought them both in 1993.

Arguably, it could have been insufficient lube but otherwise it's a decent rifle. I think the BCG was replaced before I owned it however. Def not original FWIW.

Garbage. Its more of an assache than anything. I wouldnt waste your money, I have one, the price was very right. But it wasnt worth the money. If you look on the AR comparison chart it speaks for it self. Nothing is to Milspec/ quality. I was having a FTF about every mag with this system. Completely plagued with problems, stuff that Ive never seen for example, the BCG even binded in the receiver extension, creating all sorts of problems. Bottom line you get what you paid for. If your going to spend the money ESPECIALLY on a preban, spend a little extra and get a good soild gun.
