Ordering ammo from the net to RI?

If you are looking for cheap 7.62x39 you might want to take a trip up to Manchester Firing Line - they have 7.62x39 for $189.00 a case. By the time you add in the shipping charges from one of those online places plus your driving time to pick it up - you might be do the same at Manchester.

Where are you located? I might be making a trip up there myself to pick up some ammo - if you are close we might be able to work something out.

Yes, you can do so legally. However you may have trouble finding online sellers who will ship to an address that is not the same as your credit card's billing address.

He stated that he would have a friend order for him. Assuming you have the proper license and you went to RI to pick it up from him (as he can't take it into MA without the proper license), there is no problem.
