I have had this Ballard rifle kicking around for several years. It is a no 2 sporter in .32 long. My understanding is it can be setup for center fire or rim fire.
Sadly It is not in the best condition but everything works and it would function. I actually have 2 rounds of .32 rimfire on hand. The fore stock is matching and original but I am missing the butt stock. I can buy reproduction butt stocks for $100 if I decide to complete it. It is also missing both the front and rear sights and the trigger is broken but works.
These rifles in good condition sell for as much a $4000 dollars. I think I could complete the rifle and replace the boogered screw for about $200.
What would you do? 20181217_220513.jpg 20181217_220519.jpg 20181217_220540.jpg 20181217_220852.jpg

Im sure if you look around you can find the full scale drawings and start making parts.

I would take the time to rebuild it. But I do have a soft spot for the single shots. I have mostly BSA and a few Ruger No1s. And a couple of H&R. And an Encore.
In its current state I don't think it has much value so you have little to loose and a fun project to look forward to.
