I love my husband- he just knows not to get me jewelry [smile]

We went to Zero Hour and picked up an H&K USPC [grin]

I haven't even had a chance to fire it yet, but I can't wait!!

At the risk of embarrassing myself, I'm going to ask... Would this make a good first handgun? I've got a couple months until my LTC arrives and I'm doing as much research as I can. Currently considering Glock 17/19, SIG 226/229.

Not trying to start a mega-thread or draw ire, just curious...

personally, I think so. [grin]

It is the perfect size, as I don't have huge hands.

I can't get my hands all the way around my husband's Glock 20 (enough to feel like I have a safe grip) - and it was just too big for me to conceal too.

When I held this gun (after I checked out the SIG and Glock 19's they had) It just seemed to have a better balance and a little less weight.

PERFECT for me! :)

I don't have particularly big hands myself. Thanks for the feedback. I'll have to keep it in mind when I (eventually) go to pick out a pistol.

Man Hands are a no go. [laugh]

Congrats.

Sweet.....try it for awhile like that then see if you can find a LEM to try. If your ever up here you can try mine.

I just love the LEM trigger versions....You can convert yours to LEM easily on kitchen table.
