Hey everyone so I live up in amesbury and have had my ltc revoked. For alcohol used disorder. NO I am not an alcoholic. I had just finished a long and hard fight with head and neck cancer and was having a pretty hard time dealing with my own mortality and faith. I was drinking pretty heavily but i didn't commit any crime or do anything crazy. I did half to call an ambulance a couple of times for a medical emergency. The police used those to then suspend my license and take my guns. While they took them they decided to charge me with nine counts of improper storage even though the lock to the locked closet i kept them in was sitting right next to the door because I was just in there. They then proceeded to section 35 me twice and cause me to miss my time to appeal it and also miss the magistrate hearing for the case. The case was cwof. Do I have any chance of getting my firearms rights back?
