Pre ban 10-22 mags

How can I tell if the 25 round mags for a Ruger 10-22 with the plastic lips are pre ban or not. I live in N.H., but I don't use these so I was going to see if some friends could use them.

So if I said I was selling a pre ban mag, how would you know if it actually was one?

I bought a number of Butler Creek 25 round 10/22 mags in 1993. Butler creek appears to have not changed the packaging or mag design since then as they look the damn same to me. They have no date code that I can find. Unless there is a secret that I don't know about, I'd say they are the same. However I'm not an expert and don't count on the "I checked with REP308" defense" if you get into trouble.

What Rep308 says. Unless there is some marking on them indicating age, I wouldn't (and don't) worry about it. Yes, I have a couple of these.
