Are ar-15s made before the 90sban legal to buy in mass? Like buy online and transfer in state?

What about c&r ar15?

Visit your local FFLs and ask what they are comfortable transferring. You may get different answers due to different understanding or risk tolerances of Healey's overtly vague decree.

No need to out any particular shops on these boards however. That information is between you and them unless they decide to advertise it.

If you buy the Bfg9000 it comes with 22 round mags, why buy c&r , no hi cap there.

No pistols have to be MA compliant if made before a certain year....

And besides, compliance is a dealer thing only (with the exception of the few pistols that fall under the AWB.) Pretty much everything is legal for an individual to own, but a dealer may or may not be able to sell it to you.
