Problem with my Remington

I have a very nice though run of the mill Remington 870P that I have put less than 50 shells through when the magazine follower(the only plastic part in the dang gun) broke in half.
I know it is only like a $2 part but can anyone recomend a non-plastic follower? I see a few advertised online. I would like to get a good one so the gun doesn't jam if/when the SHTF.
