I was at the range today and in one of the trash buckets I found a number (13) of unfired
30-06 rounds with a "PS" "75" headstamp. It is either Korean, Spanish, Italian, or Czech.
Anyone have any experience with any of these? It looks fine. It's military ball ammo, but
I can't figure out why someone would pitch it except by accident. I checked it with the
case gauge when I got home and it was right on. BTW, beautiful day at the range today! [smile]

You can reload brass that had corrosive primers. Just make sure to use some Hoppies or other solvent that has a little water in it. Probably not enough salts in the cases to worry too much, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

The mercuric primers however contaminated the brass and weakened it.
