I have these 2 rifles I am looking for anyone that could possibly tell me what they are worth. I am not a long gun person, and have no idea where to look. They are my step fathers, and I told him I would try and find out some information on them, because he wants to sell them. The Model 7400 is in really good condition, and the Remington is obviously a little more beat up. He also has a Marlin Model 336 30-30 in really good condition, that was made in 1976, but I may buy that one.

I do not know the date of manufacture for the Remington, but for the Winchester it was 1953. Here are a couple photos, if anyone could help me with any value or where to look online I would appreciate it. If I didn't have to bring them both out to a gun shop to get the value that would be awesome. Thanks

Does he have both a Marlin and a Winchester and you are just looking for the Winchester value? I'd suggest looking on gunbroker.com as that should provide you at least a rough idea of what market value is on them.

The Model 7400 - around 400-600 its worth a tad more because of the Whelen caliber

The Winchester 94 - since most of the finish is gone I would guess about 450-550
