RUGER MARK III NOT MASS COMPLIANT?

MMy wife is getting her LTC A next monthand after shooting pistols in her class and shooting mine she wants a .22 semi auto pistol. She likes my Ruger mark II. I went to the Ruger site and looked at the Mark III, looks just like mine . I then see a Mass compliant list on their site and the Mark III is not on the list. What is wrong with it? I went to the mass laws site but found no answer. It is a 10 rd mag not over 10. I hate Assachusetts

Call/write ruger and bitch. That's about the only thing you can do at this point. They made some change to the gun and ruger legal thinks it's not compliant anymore. I'm closing this because this one has been beaten like a rented mule. If anyone has any new info on it, PM me and I'll reopen the thread.
