Savage Anschutz Match 64, .22 target rifle value ?

A friend wants me to help him sell his rifle. 26" heavy barrel, anschutz sights, very good condition, bluing is great, has some dings on the stock. No butt plate hook, but there is provision for one. I assume the hook was mis-placed years ago.
No other accessories. Rifle is marked made in West Germany. S/N 829xxxA

What would be a fair price to ask for it ?

A 64 with no hook or buttplate? I'd expect to pay $400 for that. To buy the hook, you'll need $100. A buttplate, maybe $30.
