Selling Black Powder Firearms

Hi,
I searched and couldnt really come up with much info about what I was looking for. GOAL used to have a page related to laws about primitive firearms, but it has since disappeared since their latest website update. Anyway, here goes. I am in Ma. and have three used black powder percussion cap rifles that Id like to sell. What regulations if any do I need to follow concerning the PRIVATE sale of these rifles. As far as I could find was, no LTC or FID is needed buy the buyer, just that they need to be at least 18yrs old. Is this correct ?? I would like to stay within the letter of the law as you all know what this STATE is like. Also, I am not interested in the laws concerning black powder or components, just the sale of these rifles.......thanks.....

Ill get back to you. At the moment im working. I got them from my father years ago....Either two .50’s and a .45, or two .45’s and a .50......Ill look at them tomorrow and send pics.....

I would just do a simple bill of sale between the two parties and that is all.
