Preban SBR lower - Sell as a Form 4 or a Title 1?

Hey guys. I'll be making my exit to NH mid August, which means my pre 94 Olympic Arms will just be another lower up there. I'll probably want to sell it to someone in Mass (unless HD4420 will prohibit that?).

What makes more sense - selling it to someone as a SBR with a Form 4 or just say f*** it, sell it as Title 1 and call it a day?

Personally id remove it from the registry and remove your info. Sell it as a pre ban.

why don't you just list if forsale at the price you want an give the buyer the option?
