Hey guys, wondering if the x-carry is Mass compliant, cant seem to find anything on the list so not sure if this variation of the gun is legal or not.

Yes or otherwise work around the list. You could buy another 320 model or X5 then get a compact caliber kit.

you never need to ask "is the XXX on the list?". The only restriction on the handguns you can buy/own is that it cannot be an assault weapon. Other than that, if you want it and someone will sell it to you, and you can afford it, buy it.

There are multiple clever ways to end up with a p320 x-carry if that is what you want.

It wouldn't be my first choice either. If you like it, what anyone else thinks doesn't really matter. Shop around, contact some of the dealers on here. Go green first, though.

I'm a big fan of the X-Carry. I got one about a year ago. It's very comfortable to hold and shoot, has a great trigger, and is super accurate.

What's worse is that they certify to GCAB to the variant that has nothing to do with the actual safety requirements in MGL C. 140 S. 123.
