Is this a new thing? And if so, is it retroactive to all Sigs or just new from this point forward? The website doesn't indicate one way or the other.

So much for Sig but Diamondback firearms has a lifetime warranty on their products. I recently needed a part from them and all I had to do was provide the serial number for the pistol and they sent it to me

True story-I have a DB 380 which I have had for over ten years which has thousands of rounds thru it and it’s a really solid for a cheap pistol

I read "commercial customers only" as non-consumer customers, similar to some trades where as a commercial contractor you can buy from a source but a civilian consumer cannot.
