I believe in this case the individual put the gun in a holster and then put it in his pocket.

I will neither confirm nor deny that because Dana Scully carried a 239 for a season of X-Files there may or may not have been one in my safe because of it. (That's not the 239. I oculdn't find a pic)

The 239 was definitely an interesting one. Pointed very well for me, so well I even was ok with the bar-dot factory sights (which I don't normally like) on the first one I tried.
