Slovenia Huchen fishing advice

Hi all. Making a trip up to Slovenia and want to fishing. Going to fish evening into night. Thinking of catching some Huchen fishing Slovenia fish with a lure or something live, then casting out the Huchen fish to hopefully hook into something big. I'm not picky..just looking for a fight if I can. Will be there August 7th. Any advice on Huchen guide service Slovenia, species easiest to catch, which pier..etc..is greatly appreciated. If you are ever in Slovenia and want to hook into some monster cats, look me up.

LOL why ask in a New England USA based gun forum? Long way from Slovenia.

Never fished there but go periodically for work. I don't think you can fish for Huchen until October, so you are probably out of luck in August. I recommend going to see Lake Bled.

based on Google it may be early for them. Treat them like other salmon probably

Why do I get the feeling this isn't a human??? Going to Slovenia to fish and wants advice. . . . but says if you want to catch big cats, come see him in Slovania.
