I saw the info for Bullet Flight on the Four Seasons website.

http://www.knightarmco.com/bulletflight/

This looks amazing.

What I want to do is get a simulator that can do the following:

Controls for windage and elevation on scope and tech sights.

A realistic target so I can zero the rifle from a variety of distances.

MOA charts with clicks and equations.

An Army AQT Target that I can put at different distances.

A breathing simulator like on the Army recruiting game.

I want something that is interactive.

Ability to simulate different variables on the computer screen.

There are a ton of fun videos on youtube about zeroing and shooting rifles.

I think that if somebody could make this, it would be amazing.
It would be cool to have many different rifles and scopes to try out and manipulate from the comfort of your computer desk. That way, when I get out to the range, I would be familiar with the real hardware.

I wish somebody could take my idea and develop it into a program. Also, ability to work on a Mac would be great!

Another one that you may be interested in is the ISE Video game called NRA High Power Competition. It's only available by download since ISE went belly up. I think there is even a free trial that you can get. Full version is ridiculously inexpensive at $9.99. Pretty good simulation of a HP match. Does a very good job simulating sight picture, recoil, the unsteadiness of shooting from position. You also have to dope the wind, zero your rifle and adjust you sights based on the yard lines you are shooting at.

It won't do everything you want, but it's not bad. I also have the shooter ready CD and that is pretty neat as well.

EDIT: They also have a varmint hunting one that might be interesting.

EDIT 2: Screen Capture from NRA video game.
