social groups

Noticed a bunch of ? pictures on all the social group icons when I clicked on the link to view them.
The format looks all screwy now to. Is it something new or do I have something set different?

My guess is new forum software that allows pictures/avatars for the groups. If you are the group owner you can add an avatar by going to the edit page. I added an avatar to the Sigs'R'us group..

Also looks like we can now have sub discussions in each group rather than one huge thread.

I am sure it was from the software upgrade. I didn't review the list of feature upgrades but I know social groups had a few.

I also noticed the 'Member List' entry in the top tool bar got changed to a 'community' drop down that includes the member list, social groups, and friends list.

Anyone know if the invite only groups are still private?
