Sometimes it doesn’t pay to reload.

How much money did you spend on buying reloading equipment and also reloading components ? Immediately after you bought all your equipment you are $##### in the "red". How many rounds fired before you go from being in the "red" to actually saving money ? How much money did you spend on new brass ? How much money did you spend on once fired used brass ? How much free "range brass" did you acquire ? Don't bother trying to assert a hard cost at your brass, there's NO way to accurately assign a "cost" for brass. You are welcome to try and argue and convince me your "saving money" but you won't.

Cost for brass is almost insignificant, even if buying new.

Example, I paid a little under $1/piece for 6.5cm brass. I have reloaded it 8 times so far and I can probably reload it at least 3 more times, primers still fit nice.

For 45/70, I have reloaded some of the brass 10 times.

9mm, I have some that I stopped counting at reloading #12. And it was once fired brass when I bought it.

45 ACP, I am on reloading #3. But I haven't been shooting it as often. The brass looks great.

You guys need better arguments to go against reloading. Also, all my loads are much better than the bulk sh*t people are buying. Compare reloading to match grade ammo, not cheap bulk ammo.
