Looks like an FN-FAL but chambered for 5.56?

The K2 is a homegrown Korean design that takes M-16 mags. There's also a carbine variant called the K1A1. They've been in service for quite a while and there was even a civilian legal version that was imported into the US in some numbers before importation was cut off.

Fixed the pic link for you. Yes, it is a K2. I have the carbine version K1A1. K2 is a bastardized M16 copy with an AK-like gas piston system. ZHA has one on sale but $$$.

I'm kicking myself for not grabbing a K1A1 when I saw one a while back for a good price. I'll have to keep my eyes out, I wouldn't mind one in my collection.
