Real quick - anyone have a sense of whether and when the P365 Spectre Comp might become a MA compliant pistol?

Are they actually calling their gun a ghost?

I hear ghost guns are evil, this must be the ghost gun they are referring to.

The American spelling is usually specter. Sig’s guns are some sort of foreign ghosts so you can’t call them illegal.

Thx. What are they?

Expensive. [laugh]

They're Wilson Combat branded p365s, Wilson serial number and all. Click the link to see the options >>> WCP365

They say out of stock but if you email WC they'll sell you one.
The SIG-SAUER 365 is an outstanding self-defense choice but we have reimagined it from top to bottom with your choice of a standard or XL Wilson Combat polymer grip module that was developed for superior ergonomics and improved recoil control. Our significant improvements in shape, texture, and overall ergonomics will give your WCP365 the superb feel of an expertly hand sculpted custom gun.

The WCP365 stainless steel slide and 3.1” chromoly barrel wear the most advanced black DLC (Diamond-like-Carbon) physical vapor deposition finish available. This ultra-hard finish has chromium and tungsten underlayers for long-lasting corrosion and abrasion resistance.

Wilson Combat engineers have changed the WCP365 slide’s shape and texture to make it more tactile under stress with our exclusive X-Tac pattern cocking serrations, side top serrations and heavy slide bevels all around. We have also perfected the action of the WCP365 and in combination with a Grayguns trigger and our spring modifications we can make the excellent 365 trigger even better. Each new model will be offered standard or action-tuned for those who want the best trigger pull possible in their defensive firearm.

The Wilson Combat WCP365 can also be ordered with an optic mounting solution or your choice of direct milled option (With cover plate and rear Battlesight) for the Trijicon RMRcc, Holosun 407K or 507K, SIG Sauer Romeo Zero or Shield RMSc.

They're nice. Fit and finish seems to be better than a standard P365 but maybe that's my imagination. I guess it ought to be for how much more they cost. A decent alternative to the spectre though for the price.

serious question ... what drives the extra cost?
A slide?
Cool looking grips?
Any performance improvements?

Or are you paying for the "Wilson Combat" engraving.

I tried the WC grip. Around $65 or so. Didn't care for it vs. stock w/ Hogue condom.

Do not see the value proposition here at all. So many other guns in that $$$ range.

Good question, and I'm sure the WC engraving is a big part of it. As far as I can tell they mill the slide differently (cocking serrations, top serrations and beveling), they apply a DLC finish (vs sig black nitron finish), add WC grip, add WC fiber sights, (tuned) Gray Guns trigger and WC springs, and you can order it cut for whichever optic you use.

I definitely prefer it to the stock Sig grip, but it's not perfect. Could never deal with those hogue condoms though.
