Just wondering if this thing is compliant? It's kind of vague in the description as to being a comp or 100% flash hider. Thanks for any input.

Perfectly vague. If you don't know and they don't specify then the same person who would press charges for a comp would also prosecute that as a flash hider. You're taking your chances either way.

No, it’s not AWB compliant. It’s a flash hider with some comp ports added to reduce muzzle rise.
Honestly nobody knows. The fun thing is tine type FHs often pass the pinky test. But that test is likely not exhaustive. I think the biggest risk here is that the device is marketed as an FH so your odds of being able to defend that legally are not very great. 
To make a long story short if you're a pant shitter you probably shouldn't buy this. The other alternative is to stop caring, knowing full well that if the system wants to screw you they can just invent something anyways even if you choose a path that is arguably compliant. Evaluate and proceed at own risk.
