Not sure how many of you have read the Survival, Evasion, and Recovery manual, but I just found it and it looks like a nice resource:

S - Size up the situation, surroundings, physical condition, equipment.
U - Use all your senses
R - Remember where you are.
V - Vanquish fear and panic.
I - Improvise and improve.
V - Value living.
A - Act like the natives.
L - Live by your wits.

Sounds like you're gettin' ready, doob.

Just need a place I can actually print these things out... Guess that is the downside of not having a printer at home. I have hundreds of pages of manuals, but no easy way to print 'em.

There ain't no school like the "Old School".

I think it is time for you to buy a good old black & white workhorse class laser printer and a box of pre-punched paper.
Otherwise, no power, no reference material.

Seeya Friday!

Too many other things to buy and not enough FRNs to accomplish the task..

You should be able to pick up a copy of the manual fairly reasonably from Paladin Press or other catalog/online sellers.

That is, if the AG hasn't made buying reading material from out-of-state illegal yet.

Survival, Evasion, and Recovery:

SURVIVAL: from your wife (if you are married).
EVASION: from your mother in law and her gun.
RECOVERY: from the trial you lost after your divorce.

With regards, Gabriel :)
