TAVOR. preorder, MA compliance, etc?

Anyone know if these things can be preordered still, or when they are expecting to start delivery?

Also, any shops/gunsmiths around here recommended for the MA compliance part. I think the only thing it needs is perm welding the flash hider.

Copes (the distributor) will not even ship to a FFL in MA.

If you can find a pre-order you will need to have it shipped to NH, have the work done, pick it up, and bring it into MA.

edit: you cant just weld the existing flash hider and have it be compliant. You would need to replace it with either a comp or a brake.
