TG International Inc, anybody ever buy from them???

The reason I ask is that I'm incredibly disappointed by them. I won a Gunbroker auction last monday, and when I called to make my payment they told me it would ship out the next day. They charge for 2 day UPS shipping, so it's a pretty good amount in shipping cost, and when I hadn't heard from them by thursday I called back. they told me "sorry it's taken so long, it'll probably ship tomorrow and you'll have it monday". Well, monday came and went and no gun, so I call them back today, and was told the sales rep was 'out' and they'd call me back. Now it's 5PM and I finally get an email saying "sorry for the delay, your order is shipping today". No explanation as to why it took 8 day's the get the gun in the mail. Assuming they are telling me the truth, I should get it no later than the end of the day thursday. Anybody else ever have the run-around like this? Is this normal when dealing with out-of-state gun dealers? I haven't complained much because this is the first time I've bought a gun online, but to me this is very poor professional service.
