Has anyone ever done business with Peter Dowd owner of this shop. Looking for some feedback on this place, good or bad.
 
Peter is the dealer who is running ads in the Mass Police Assn magazine trying to scare the police into using his "bonded warehouse services" so he can suck as much $$ as possible from the victims of restraining orders.

When the state had hearing regarding the regulations, he reportedly did some backchannel (ie, not in public testimony) negotations threatening to shut down his entire service if the state imposed any regulations on what he could charge, or banned his "no partial redemption" policy.

If this doesn't bother you, there is no reason not to deal with the man.
