Threaded barrel on pistol

Hmm, I was looking at replacement pistol barrels, and found some threaded barrel options. Made we wonder what can be attached (legally and practically) to a pistol barrel. I know it Mass it cannot be an actual silencer w/o a Class 3.

Any ideas or picts?

I have seen people with huge flash suppressors and muzzle breaks on ther however I think I look a lot better on M1A's.

In MA, you can't own a silencer as a private resident
