Glocks have been on the EOPSS list for years. They are not sold in stores because they supposedly do not meet the AG's Consumer Safety Regs, 940 CMR 16.00, which is now being contested by Comm2A in a lawsuit. I'm not trying to be snide, but this topic has been discussed ad nauseam in NES posts.
hopefully glocks will stay for LE only because clearly the rest of us educated fools cannot operate a gen 4 glock safely. Gen2 glock is perfectly safe. LEOs know how to safety check their guns so its safe for them.
the problem w gen4 glocks is that if you hit the cock then the gun can "go off". the cock has to be kept clean and safe.
