Is it just me or has the time been an hour fast ever since day light saving took place? I checked my settings and I'm on EST.

It looks good to me. I checked the bottom of this page and saw "All times are GMT -5. The time now is 09:11 AM." And Windows is reporting the same time to me.

Make sure you ALSO have "automatically detect day light savings" selected as well.

And the time on your post says 10:12am

So yes it seems the form is ahead an hour.
