Although it looks like it is near a river, it is just a rain flooded Hanson.

Haha no I meant Riverside Gun Club in Hudson , not an actual river lol

I haven't been there since fall so I thought they may have put new sand on the outdoor ranges.

but you said it's Hansen so nevermind lol

Personally, I don't see the point to the semi-auto versions. They're heavy and awkward and not that much fun. Real ones are a blast though.

I agree. I have owned the 28 as well as the m1 type. The looks drag you in, but the weight and awkwardness makes you think twice.

BUT!!! if you really want that Tommy type thing (semi).. Do yourself a huge favor and find one of the Tommy Gun pistols. They handle a LOT better than the rifle version. And are a lot more fun to shoot (IMO).

I have one of the newer 1927A1 Deluxe models, made right in that craptastic anti-2A city of Worcester Mass.

Yup, they're way heavy and cumbersome, and the stock is an awkward shape to get shouldered correctly.
But, they're accurate, recoil like a creampuff, lot's of fun to shoot, and just look friggin' cool, especially with a drum mag.
