Turnaround time on M&P Mags..?

So i received my free mags today only problem is they weren't in the package. I received it open and empty. WTF Called them just now. They said they knew about the problem and were going to fix it and sent me them when there in stock.

Just got my mags today. Great customer service at S&W.

Got my two mags today via First Class mail from Springfield, MA. M&P 9c mags came without pinky rests. Took about two months.

My rebate went in the mail back in February; I got the mags end of August.
