Yeah that is a pretty good deal.
They have been coming down in price...via classifieds...no so much on GB.
Going rate these days is $650 on up pending conditions..3 years ago they were floating around the market $800+ it's not a drastic change but a few hundred bucks is a few hundred bucks.
