Ugly Seven Pointer

[GOAL]

Check out this seven pointer I butchered Tuesday that came out of North Andover. It turned out that this deer was very mature and had a badly injured left rear hip. The ball part of the hip was gone and the area was just full of old scar tissue. The deer had no fat laft and was actually losing muscle mass from the rut. Probably wieghed 160ish dressed.

Antler deformation is very common if the animal suffers an injury in another part of the body.
