I know little about them. My friend found on internet seach posted on cheaper than dirt.

Velocity is alleged to be reincarnated Hesse, Vulcan etc.
I have one of the .22 uppers. Got it when they were cheaper than they're going for now. Uses a carbon upper and a modified ATCHISON/CIENER. I haven't had any problems with it. For the money I paid it was well worth it.
