Video: Driver pulls gun in Road Rage incident. Biker not impressed.

So the guy with the gun is going to jail right? What idiots. Intersting situation though. Mushroom pulls gun, biker guy calls bluff, mushroom runs away. Mushroom loses gun rights?

I was less impressed with sentences like these:

The driver tells us he's already sold the handgun seen in the You Tube clip cost him his job.

The Fultondale Police Department told us the behavior captured on camera could qualify as misdemeanor menacing or harassment, but since neither man is pressing charges no one will likely face any criminal

Apparently not, according to the article. Neither one is pressing charges against the other.

This ranks at about a tie to one of the worst acting scenes in movie history ever...

Booze talking for me: Goofy assed dumb friggn idiot waving a gun while smiling or whatever horse faced epilepsy he's got goin on with his mouth, looks pretty much staged to me too.....dude with gun should get a beating.....but somehow some way NES will come to his defense with the defending himself from whatever thing blah blah I'm going to go have more tequila......
 
Hoping staged lol. Otherwise the bike dude had huge cajones and the other idiot is just an idiot.
 
Looks very staged in another attempt to show gun owners as unhinged. That said, act or not, his trigger finger ought to be severed and shoved up his ass.
 
Trigger discipline fail. Brandishing fail. Balls fail. Soccer mom car fail.

Failure to get the **** out of there immediately when some douche bag pulls a gun in a road rage incident--fail.

Much fail.
