Weapon Shield‏ - CLP

Never used the stuff but have used "Break Free" with great results. A few years ago I switched to synthetic motor oil; works just as good as "Break Free" for a fraction of the cost.

I like the Weapon Shield. IMO - It's good stuff.

Last winter the cable that controls the chute adjustment for my snow thrower seized. I took the cable off and used break free, with no success. Then I tried some industrial lubricant, once again no success. I used a few drops of the weapon shield, the cable would move a little. A few more drops of weapon shield working the cable back and forth, it loosened right up. The thing moved better than ever. I put the cable back on and haven't had a problem since. I figured that it worked so well on the cable that it would be the only lube I use on my guns from now on.

I like it and prefer it to all the various incarnations of Breakfree.

That's all I'll say, because it's a gun oil thread and they've been done ad nauseum.
