This is really cool! You basically get all of the popular AR calibers in one big package. Quick changes between .223, .300 BLK, 7.62x39, and 9x19

Interested to see how the price will compare to buying dedicated uppers

How does the barrel change out without traditional barrel nut ?

"The key to barrel interchangeability is on the underside of the MCS Upper Receiver. Once the Barrel Retaining Block is unlatched and moved forward, the Barrel Retaining Arms rotate out to release the barrel - ready to be replaced with the barrel of caliber choice."

I like not having to sight army rifles in.... I'll stay with different lowers or uppers

I think just a quick change magwell that works with any standard upper would do well.

With this set up you need a quick mount and optic for each barrel?

For the $3k msrp for (assuming) the package you could likely buy 3 decent rifles in dedicated calibers
