Description : Basically new small semi-auto with almost no miles on it. It's not that there is anything wrong with the gun, I just like my LC9 better. I have lots of mags for the LC9 and installed a self illuminating rear sight as well as front. The Max9 has front illuminating sight only. The Max9 has 10+1 capacity and a striker bolt. It's easier to rack the slide (by a lot) but I'm used to the firing pin arrangment of the LC9. Personal preference I guess. The Max9 comes with 2 10 rnd mags, box and all papers. I debated a price for the gun so here's my reasoning. You can find a new Max9 at a discount house in the $339 - $369 range. Shipping and FFL transfer would be another $60. Here you have the ability to touch and examine the gun before you make a decision to buy. I haven't registered the gun at Ruger.com/newOwner so I guess you would be considered the first owner. Registration via Mass F A 10 form only. Purchaser must have valid Mass LTC.
Accessories : see above
Selling Terms : cash only
Price : $419 cash firm

Statement of Legal compliance:
I will comply with all Federal and State Laws. If the firearm is to be shipped, you must provide me with a signed copy of your dealer's FFL (or your 03FFL if this is a Curio and Relic). For private party face-to-face transactions (only permitted by Fed law when both buyer and seller live in same state), I will meet all applicable state and federal laws.
When ammunition, magazines or other regulated items are sold/bought or traded as part of this transaction, I agree to follow all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to these items.
