His lawyer's press release states that Kyle became separated from his group while providing first aid to protestors and was assaulted while trying to make it back to friendly lines.

Only two ways that can happen-

-Assuming WI has a state FIP law, the same piece of shit DA that charged rittenhouse would have to charge lefty/mr alpochunks.

-The feds would have to investigate and indict. This will never happen unless Bill Barr or someone demands it, a lone FIP charge is not usually appealing enough to the average US attorney.

Felon in possession is basically a joke in the US.

Lack of training / plannimg / unit cohesion, also possible complacency / not thinking wrt an escalation in violence. Wether its cops or defenders, nobody should be working in anything less than a 2 man team, preferably 3. If you're doing administrative shit you need at least one guy to watch your back. A set of cheap radios could have helped here. I doubt they meant for that to happen it just happened and they got distracted.... or he got distracted trying to play medic for better or for worse and got separated from the group...

Alternative choice: be masked, have better weaponry, and light them up. Assuming they are actively rioting and not holding signs and peacefully assembling. But I guess that would make us no better than them. Shame.
